RGN Night Nurse Required

A great position has arisen for a Registered General Nurse to join a reputable Nursing Home which is located in Wirral, Cheshire.

The pristine Home specialises in providing personal care solutions to people that are living with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or other elderly needs. They offer a various range of care such as mental, physical and dementia.

If you are successful for this role you will receive a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour with excellent additional benefits.

As a Staff Nurse your duties will be to:

v  Provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies

v  Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected timescales

v  Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff

v  Ensure that  the people we support are treated with privacy, dignity and respect at all times

v  Ensure that individuals are safeguarded in accordance with “No Secrets” legislation, EC policy and local safeguarding policy

v  Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance and EC policies and procedures

We are looking for someone who has good nursing skills and is a team player. You should have a positive and flexible attitude and have the ability to delegate.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with a current NMC registration.
